ARC4Studio products are digital products. No physical items will be shipped.Access Your Downloads
After your payment is completed, your purchased files will be available from your ARC4Studio account.Sign in and go to My Account, where you'll find your previous orders. Select View next to an order to access the available download links.
Some products include more than one file, so make sure to download each file listed with your order.
Download Availability
Download links remain active for 7 days after purchase, with up to 5 downloads per file during that period.I recommend downloading your files to your computer and keeping a backup for future use. If your download is provided as a ZIP archive, extract the files after the download is complete.
Can't Find Your Download?
Some products, including Canva templates or larger files, may be delivered through a PDF containing the link or instructions needed to access your purchase. Download and open the PDF first, then follow the instructions provided.If your download period has expired before you were able to retrieve your files, or something doesn't look right with your order, please contact ARC4Studio and include the email address used for your account and your order number when available.
